Educator and Activist
After being raised off-grid, in Trinity County, wildland firefighting, and living in rural Thailand, Shannon Weiler went on to complete a four-year training in Eurythmy and Anthroposophy at the age of 21. Living on a 60-acre draft horse farm for 20 years, she learned the practical life skills of animal husbandry, draft horse farming, and the unique form of agriculture developed by Rudolf Steiner; Bio-Dynamic Farming. Shannon has a strong background in the Performing arts, Public Speaking, as well as Event and Community gathering. After traveling across North America performing, teaching, and consulting at Waldorf schools, Shannon has settled in the foothills of the Sierras where she currently has a private Waldorf Kindergarten, teaches pottery, and consults parents and influencers in standing up for healthy education and freedom. Shannon also started a local grassroots group in Placer County which offers boots on the ground support to Local Law Enforcement Officers, particularly Placer County Sheriff’s department.
