Mr. Gregg R. Lien is an environmental and land use attorney at Lake Tahoe.
He was a participant in the first Presidential Summit on the Environment, hosted by then-President Clinton and Vice-President Al Gore, and has been interviewed over the years in various media, including National Public Radio.
He is also a former prosecutor and was a former assistant county counsel specializing in land use issues before moving to Lake Tahoe in 1980. For the past 40 years, he has specialized in the environmental regulatory processes at Tahoe and the Sierras generally. He has been a frequent participant in litigation, regulatory negotiations, and battles over natural resources and the environment.
In recent years he has become increasingly concerned about the impacts of pulse-modulated microwave radiation and its impacts on the environment and human health. He is currently litigating against Verizon, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency
